We provide a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 applies to all return request initiated through our app.
Exchange is applicable only once per item and is subject to size availability.
No return or exchange is allowed on an already exchanged item. Please check the size chart before
requesting an exchange.
Certain promotional or discount codes may restrict returns/exchanges. Please check the terms &
conditions of the coupon before purchase.
Bear to Deer – Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
•Products are eligible for return or exchange only if the Bear to Deer seal is intact and not tampered
with.
•Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
•Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. No Return / No Exchange if Seal is Broken
•If the safety seal is broken, cut, damaged, or removed, the product becomes non-returnable and
non-exchangeable.
•This rule ensures product hygiene and prevents misuse.
3. Wrong / Defective Product
•If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
•The item must be returned with the seal intact unless the defect is proven to be from
manufacturing or shipping.
SALE ORDER POLICIES
No returns are allowed on any items purchased during the sale period. Only one exchange per item is
allowed, with the option to exchange for the same item or another product of higher value (price
difference to be paid by the customer).Exchanges during the sale are subject to size availability.
PICKUP & RETURN PROCESS
We will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If the courier company is unable to complete the
pickup, you will need to return the shipment yourself to our address.
Reverse pickup services are subject to availability based on your area’s pin code.
If the pickup is not completed within 2 days of the request, please contact our support team to
reschedule.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags intact.
If the returned product is in poor condition or shows signs of use, the return/exchange request will
be rejected, and no refund will be issued
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be initiated within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after we
receive and verify the returned item in our warehouse. Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed through sources payment Method. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credits to your registered
email ID, valid for six months.
Note: If you do not receive your refund within the mentioned timeframe, please contact our
support team for assistance. Store credits cannot be extended beyond the validity period.
EXCLUSIONS
Non-Returnable ItemsTo maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns/exchanges on: Accessories Socks & Innerwear (Boxers, Trunks, etc.) Flat Store Items

Important: Securely pack the product to avoid damage in transit. Mention Order ID and Registered Mobile Number on the package. Bear To Deer is not liable for lost self-shipped returns. Customers are advised to use
trackable courier services for their own security.
