At Bear to Deer, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each garment is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. To be eligible, requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@beartodeer.com with your order number, product images, and reason for return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the pickup and verification process. Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after the returned item passes quality checks at our facility. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and in cases of size or preference-based exchanges, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
We do not accept returns for products purchased during sale or clearance events unless the item delivered is damaged or incorrect. Customized or altered garments are also non-returnable. Bear to Deer reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our quality or eligibility standards upon inspection.
